I’m Will Rich, a motion designer and creative technologist based in Auckland. I combine motion design, video editing, and AI-driven workflows to build scalable, on-brand content for campaigns, education, and performance marketing.

At Xero I work on a team that turns generative tools into production workflows, things like an AI photo-shoot generator and a banner system that builds on-brand ads at scale. I like the craft side as much as the systems side, so I still care about timing, pacing and whether a cut feels right.

Outside of Xero, I take on freelance projects, from explainers to collaborations with illustrators, animated by hand in After Effects.
